Hi I’m Paulette A. Marino LICSW
My name is Paulette Marino. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with children, adolescents and young adults - ages 5 - 25. For the past 20+ years I have worked in a number of different settings providing counseling services to mostly children ages 5 - 12. The majority of that time was in the public school setting.
I ended my 15 years in the public schools in June 2022 and started Caya Therapeutic Services, LLC. I am excited to work with young adults again and to work in my own setting.
I have a Master’s degree in the Management of Human Service Agencies from Brandeis University - The Florence Heller School and a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University.
I am committed to helping children, adolescents/young adults and their families learn how to recognize and understand their own and each other's feelings, while at the same time learning what each individually needs.
My work focuses on building skills to manage emotions, self advocate and take perspective.
I believe in providing a space for all to love and accept their unique selves by giving them a place to have their voice heard and to feel validated.
I am passionate about the work I do and will always be authentic in my work with client’s and their families. I am dedicated to continuous learning in my field by attending courses and seminars in the latest techniques for treating children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
